Julian Dobbin
Founder and CEO
Qualified as a chartered accountant in 2002. Julian worked as corporate finance partner in a mid-tier firm until 2011, and has since been a founder, finance director and managing director, leading three exits (two to listed plcs).
Peter Moloney
Co-Founder
Started a plant hire company (PSS) in 1991, borrowing É20m-plus over the years before selling to Ashtead Group plc (now Sunbelt) in 2013. Subsequently became investor and most recently co-founder of ThinkHire in 2018.
Richard Burrows
Co-Founder
Worked in banking since 1972. Left the confines of the City in 2004 to start his own retail network and online foreign exchange business. Achieved exit to a listed plc in 2018.
Jamie Davies

As a founder of multiple businesses. Jamie is thoroughly familiar with the pressures - and the rewards - of running your own commercial operation. He believes that mindset, discipline and ambition are key drivers for success, both for his businesses and for his clients.
Mark Dowding

Chief Investment Officer for a $100bn+ Hedge Fund (BlueBay). Mark is also a regular contributor to the financial press.
David Lewis
Investor
Over 30 years experience in investment and custody banking at Merrill Lynch and BNY Mellon in senior roles across Finance, Treasury and Operations. Most recently David was MD at BNY Mellon with particular responsibility for client asset safety.
Dev Pinto

A technology investor who owns / manages Open Destinations, a travel software company. He now has a team of approximately 500 (mainly software developers) between London and Goa, India. Open Destinations is the core technology platform for both independents and the very largest travel operators.
